Fairly new gym to the area but when you speak to the team they’re more than serious. They have a great training schedule, some of the best trainers in the area & plans to take the gym to the next level in the future! 100% support & recommend, get yourselves booked in. I was lucky enough to have a private lesson with one of the Kru’s.
