1. Buying Products on Our Website

By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please contact us at Info.highgradeclub@gmail.com before completing your purchase.

Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between you and us, governed by English law.

2. Shipping

• Processing Time:

  USB orders: shipped within 3–4 working days.

  High Grade Loud Packs: shipped within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery Times:

  UK: Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked.

  International: up to 4 weeks.

• Taxes and Duties:

  UK orders: all import taxes and duties are included in the purchase price.

  International orders: you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. These charges vary by country and must be paid to release your order. Please check local regulations before ordering.

• Damaged or Faulty Products: If products arrive damaged or faulty, they can be replaced or refunded (see Returns/Refunds section).

3. Returns / Refunds

• Physical Products (High Grade Loud Packs):

  Full refund available if returned in unused, undamaged condition.

  We do not cover postage costs for returns.

• Digital Products (USBs):

  Non-refundable due to the nature of digital exclusives being received upon purchase.

  If the physical USB is returned (in cases like refused delivery due to unpaid import duties), a partial refund of £10 will be issued for the USB only.

• Lost or Undelivered Products:

  We must first submit a claim with the courier.

  Once the claim is resolved and we receive reimbursement, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

• Damaged Products:

  • Claims must be made via the courier process.
    

  • Refund or replacement will be issued once the claim is completed.

Note: Refunds apply to the product price only. Postage and packaging fees are non-refundable.

4. Availability

All items are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Product Accuracy & Quality

We take pride in offering high-quality products. All items are described and delivered to the best of our ability. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us at Info.highgradeclub@gmail.com.

6. Jurisdiction

This website, these Terms, and any contract formed as a result of using this website are governed by English law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Ownership of Rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by HIGH GRADE CLUB. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or re-post any part of this website for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may only use the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Changes to Orders

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us immediately with the relevant details. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been shipped.
